Overview
Inis Oírr (also spelled Inisheer) is the smallest and most easterly of the Aran Islands off County Galway's west coast of Ireland. It's formed of the same bare limestone pavement as the Burren, with fissured 'clints' and 'grikes' sheltering wild flowers.
