Overview
The Grampians (Gariwerd) offer some of Victoria's most dramatic landscape—sandstone ranges rising abruptly from flat plains, carved by millions of years of erosion into canyons, lookouts, and hidden valleys. More than 70% of Victoria's Aboriginal rock art sites are found here, alongside wildflower meadows and wildlife (kangaroos, koalas, emus) easily spotted near Halls Gap.
