Göcek is a small resort town on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, midway between Dalaman and Fethiye, with a population of 6590. The main attraction is the series of small coves and islands in the Gulf of Göcek, easily reached by boat.

Transport
Göcek is 19 km from Dalaman Airport. Local buses run every 15-30 minutes to Fethiye and Dalaman. Dolmuş minibuses also serve these routes.

Mediterranean climate with hot summers (35°C) and mild winters (14°C). Best visited in early summer or autumn for comfortable temperatures.
