Overview
Esino Lario is a small mountain village perched at 910m in a sunny basin above Lake Como, often called the 'Pearl of Grigna' for its dramatic limestone peaks and nearly 500 caves of Moncodeno. The village combines charming historical streets of Upper and Lower Esino with Alpine meadows, gentle forest walks, and spectacular lake views from viewpoints like San Pietro in Ortanella and Sasso di Narele.
