Overview
Cangas del Narcea is a scattered mountain village of 11,000 people in Asturias, 90 km southwest of Oviedo. The name means canyons, and the area flows out of the Picos de Europa with protected parkland, wine-making traditions, and wildlife safaris to spot the local bear population.
