Overview
Cala Ratjada is a purpose-built resort town on Mallorca's northeast peninsula, popular with German and British visitors, especially pensioners and families. It has safe sandy beaches to the north and south, a small harbour, and plenty of cafes and restaurants lining the waterfront.

Transport
Bus 401 from Palma takes 1 hr 45 min; bus 411e express takes 90 min. The main bus station is on C Castellet, about 1 km from the beach area. Buses also stop at Cala Ratjada Centre and Son Moll.
