Overview
Bradford on Avon is a small country town in Wiltshire, England, sandwiched between Bath and Trowbridge. The town features handsome Georgian buildings constructed from the same fine oolite limestone as Bath, climbing up hills from the 'broad ford' crossing of the River Avon.
