Overview

Beypazarı is a historic Ottoman market town in Central Anatolia, 100 km west of Ankara, with a well-preserved old town of traditional courtyard houses and narrow lanes. The town is famous for its carrots (celebrated with a large phallic sculpture at the foot of the old town) and mineral water springs.
