Overview
Bardejov is one of Slovakia's most perfectly preserved medieval towns, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its intact Gothic and Renaissance architecture. The town square, Radničné námestie, was once the medieval marketplace and remains surrounded by well-preserved burghers' houses.

Bardejov uses the Euro (€). ATMs are available in town for cash withdrawal.
Museums
Museum tickets: €6 single, €13 combined (two museums), €20 for all museums including the open-air museum at Kúpele. Most museums closed Mondays.
Transport
Bus and train stations are both about 800m from the main square. Free parking at Tesco for those driving.
