Beaches are the main attraction. Cupsogue Beach County Park charges daily parking. Summer cultural events at the Village Green Gazebo include crafts fairs and art shows.

US dollars accepted everywhere. Credit cards accepted at most establishments. ATMs available in town.

Main Street offers 30+ upscale boutiques, clothing stores, antiques, and gift shops. Tanger Outlet Center is nearby in Riverhead.
Transport
Taxis are very expensive during summer; renting a car is recommended for visiting multiple Hamptons towns. A bicycle suffices if staying local.

Summer (June-August) is peak season with warm temperatures 75-85°F (24-29°C) and ocean swimming conditions. Many restaurants and shops only open seasonally.
