Freeport Zone is well-administered with controlled gate access. Standard precautions advised; avoid isolated areas after dark.
Transport
Taxis and registered vehicle shuttles connect Subic with Olongapo. Jeepneys and tricycles cannot enter the Freeport Zone. Rent-a-car available for flexibility.
Weather
Dry season November-May is peak. Rainy season June-October still workable for diving. Typhoon risk highest July-September.
