Overview
Staniel Cay is a one-square-mile island with only about 80 full-time residents, yet it serves as the main transportation and tourism hub for the northern Exuma chain of 365 islands. It is best known for Thunderball Grotto, an underwater cave featured in James Bond films, and for day trips to nearby Pig Island where feral pigs swim to greet arriving boats.
