Overview
Slovak Paradise (Slovenský Raj) is a compact but spectacular national park in Eastern Slovakia offering world-class gorge hiking through dramatic ravines with waterfalls, fixed ladders, and a beginner-friendly ferrata. Unlike more crowded Alpine parks, it provides an authentic wilderness experience within easy reach of Spišská Nová Ves, with most trailheads accessible from the village of Podlesok.
