Overview

Sarpsborg is the 11th largest city in Norway with 57,000 inhabitants in the municipality and 178,000 in seven neighboring municipalities within a 30-minute drive. It serves as the capital of Østfold county and the largest city along the E6 motorway between Oslo (1 hour north) and Gothenburg (2 hours south).
