Overview
Sant Pere Pescador is a small Catalan coastal town on the Bay of Roses at the mouth of the Fluvià river. Its main draw is a 7-km sandy beach backed by dunes, popular for wind sports like kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Camping is the main budget option with nine campgrounds along the beach. Book ahead for summer weekends. Most campgrounds close outside April-October.

4G and 5G available from all major Spanish carriers as of 2024. WiFi limited to campgrounds and cafes.
Food
Self-catering via Wednesday market or bring supplies from Figueres. Campground restaurants and two town restaurants are the only dining options.
Safety
Strong winds at the beach create conditions for water sports but also rip currents; swim at designated areas. Town is very quiet off-season with limited services.
Transport
No train station in town; nearest is 9 km away at San Miguel de Fluvià. Rent a bike at campgrounds to get between beach and town center.
