Overview
Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) is the main town of Val Gardena, the largest of three municipalities in this Dolomite valley. The town combines Alpine village charm with world-class skiing access, including connections to the Sella Ronda and Dolomiti Superski circuits.

The La Curta Escalators provide free 24-hour underground access from Piazza S. Antonio to the Seceda cable car station. Cable cars and funiculars serve mountain access.
