Overview
Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Ciboure are small towns at the mouth of the River Nivelle near the Spanish border. St Jean, the larger town, sits east of the river directly in front of the railway station, while Ciboure lies 500 m west across the river bridge.

Transport
Train station is central; autoroute A63 connects to Bordeaux and San Sebastián. Parking fills fast in summer.
