Overview
Saint Helena is one of the world's most isolated inhabited islands, located in the South Atlantic Ocean about one-third of the way from Africa to South America. This extreme isolation has preserved a remarkably unspoiled Georgian town in Jamestown, described as one of the best examples of Georgian architecture anywhere in the world.
