Overview
Sabbioneta is a perfectly preserved miniature Renaissance town, one of the rare "ideal cities" built according to humanist principles in the late 16th century. Its compact historic centre packs the Teatro all'Antica, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo del Giardino, and a synagogue into a few blocks.
