Overview
Riverside is a substantial city of over 300,000 in California's Inland Empire, roughly 55 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. It's best known for the elaborate Mission Inn—California's largest historic hotel—a citrus heritage that made it the birthplace of the navel orange, and UC Riverside.
