Overview
Riisitunturi National Park offers pristine fell and hill landscapes in southern Finnish Lapland with colorful hanging bogs and snow-covered forests that are worth seeing by themselves. The park is ideal for hikers and photographers seeking remote wilderness without crowds, particularly popular in July-August for summer trekking and in winter for photographing snow-laden trees and northern lights.
