Overview
Rendsburg is a mid-sized town of about 30,000 people in Schleswig-Holstein whose main appeal is its unique position on the Kiel Canal, one of the world's busiest waterways. Its claim to fame is the Rendsburg High Bridge, the longest railway bridge in Europe at 2,500 metres and 41 metres high.
