Overview
Pagsanjan is a heritage town in Laguna province that draws visitors primarily for the jungle river trip to Pagsanjan Falls—shooting rapids in a dugout canoe through a deep canyon. Beyond the falls, the town preserves Spanish colonial architecture including the three-portal Pagsanjan Arch (a National Cultural Treasure), the restored 17th-century church housing a Mexican-donated image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and several heritage houses along J.P.
