O Grove is a peninsula and beach resort town in Galicia's Rías Baixas, linked to the mainland by a tombola. With 11,000 residents and a small fishing trade focused on shellfish, it transformed into a summer resort in the 20th century.

Lanzada is the standout beach—a 3 km Atlantic-facing stretch along the tombola. Expect summer crowds on fine weekends.

Monbus runs hourly from Pontevedra (90 min) and 3x daily from Santiago de Compostela (2 hours). The town is walkable; rent a car or take a taxi to explore the peninsula and Toxa island.
