Overview
Nuuksio National Park is Finland's answer to accessible wilderness: just 35 km from Helsinki, it delivers lakes, cliffs, mossy boulders, and quiet forest trails without requiring a long journey. The park is small enough (45 km²) to explore meaningfully in a single day, yet offers enough variety—campsites, wilderness cabins, and well-marked loops—to justify an overnight stay.
