Transport
The Southern Rhode Island Trolley runs from 8AM along Route 1. A car is helpful for reaching Point Judith and Scarborough. Beach passes are recommended for extended stays.
Weather
Summer heat and humidity can push temperatures above 90°F. Pack layers for winter and expect many restaurants to close seasonally from October through spring.
