Alcohol is prohibited on the island itself; a boat near the beach serves alcohol with free hotel transfers.

Local currency is Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Beer on the alcohol boat costs $5.
Transport
Public ferries to Malé cost about 22 MVR and take 1h45; speedboats cost $25 and take 30 minutes.
