Overview
Liverpool offers a quieter, more intimate alternative to Nova Scotia's busier coastal towns. Founded in 1759, the town was built by New England Planters and became famous for its privateering fleet that raided enemy ships during the American Revolution, Napoleonic Wars, and War of 1812.
