Levanzo is the Aegadian Islands' smallest and most tranquil island, reachable by a 25-50 minute ferry from Trapani. With only about 200 residents, no paved roads, and a harbour village unchanged for decades, it offers genuine escape from modern life.

Mobile coverage is limited on this small island. Wi-Fi available at Fenici Levanzo apartments. Standard Italian Type F power plugs (220V).
Health
Medical services are very limited on Levanzo. Serious medical needs require ferry/hydrofoil transport to Trapani. Jellyfish can appear seasonally in waters.
Money
Italy uses the euro (€). Cash is useful for small purchases at port kiosks and local shops. Credit cards accepted at larger establishments but carry some cash for island vendors.
Safety
Levanzo is very safe with a welcoming community. Wear sturdy shoes for hiking, bring water, and use sun protection in summer.
Transport
Ferries and hydrofoils run year-round from Trapani (25-50 minutes) and seasonally from Marsala (summer only). Liberty Lines hydrofoils and Siremar ferries serve the route.
Weather
Summer brings warm swimming weather and longer days but more visitors. Spring and autumn offer cooler hiking conditions and fewer crowds.
