Overview
Koronadal, also called Marbel, is a medium-sized provincial capital in South Cotabato that serves as the commercial and transport hub for the Soccsksargen region. The city itself is a working Philippine urban center rather than a destination in its own right, but it functions as a practical gateway for travelers heading to Mount Parker, Lake Sebu's t'boli villages, and the diving sites of Sarangani Bay.
