Guest rooms (2 beds, private bathroom, air conditioning) available for visitors hosted by members. No hotel on site; Beth Shean or Afula for independent stays.
Connectivity
Israel uses standard European-style Type C/F plugs (230V/50Hz). Mobile coverage is good; local SIM cards available from Israeli carriers.
Food
The kibbutz dining room welcomes visitors for lunch if notified in advance. Afula has the best external restaurants; Beth HaHashita (5 min by bus) has Oriental food and fast food.
Money
Israeli Shekel (ILS) is the local currency. ATMs available in Afula and Beth Shean; kibbutz shops are cashless for non-residents.
Safety
Geva is a safe, small community. Standard Israeli security awareness applies; check with workers before entering animal facilities.
Transport
Superbus routes 411 and 412 run regularly between Afula and Beth Shean, stopping at Geva. Sherut shared taxis also serve nearby cities. Missing the last bus from Afula costs around 60 shekels by taxi.
Volunteering
Volunteer stays last 2-6 months; a Volunteer Visa is required from the Kibbutz office in Tel Aviv. Apply in person and register there first.
