Overview

Kevadia (officially Ekta Nagar) is a small town of 6,800 people that transformed from a dam construction colony into one of Gujarat's top tourist destinations after the Statue of Unity was completed in 2018. Standing 182 metres tall, the colossal statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is the world's tallest, and the surrounding complex now includes museums, gardens, a zoological park with jungle safari, adventure activities like river rafting, and nearby attractions including Zarwani Waterfall and the Sardar Sarovar Dam viewpoints.
