Overview
Kastelruth sits at 1,000m above sea level in the Dolomites, making it an ideal base for exploring the nearby Seiser Alm alpine meadow and surrounding peaks. The town offers a slower pace than larger cities, with a dual German-Italian cultural identity that manifests in cuisine and daily life.
