Overview

Jingxi sits at the crossroads of Guangxi's karst heartland and the Vietnamese border, offering dramatic canyon scenery without the crowds of Guilin or Yangshuo. The city upgraded from county to city in 2015 and retains a modest, traveler-friendly scale where waterfalls and ancient Zhuang towns are within easy reach.
