Overview
Jhang is a mid-sized Punjabi city of over 390,000 inhabitants on the east side of the Chenab River. It serves as a cultural and religious center, famous for its Sufi shrines including the Shrine of Sultan Bahoo, a 17th-century Muslim saint whose tomb draws pilgrims and tourists alike.
