Safety
The cliff paths are well-maintained but can be muddy. Avoid cliff edges during nesting season April-June on Ireland's Eye.
Transport
DART trains from Dublin take 30 minutes to Howth station. Dublin Bus H3 and 6 also serve the area. Most visitors get around on foot.
Weather
Best visited April-October. August-September is peak when heather blooms on the cliffs. Bring layers and waterproofs for hill walks.
