Haría is a village in north Lanzarote that gives its name to the surrounding municipality. In spring it transforms into a green oasis decked with palm trees, a stark contrast to the barren volcanic terrain elsewhere on the island.

Limited accommodation in the north—La Casa de los Naranjos (B&B from €180 double) is the notable option. Most visitors stay in beach resorts and day-trip.

Transport
Bus 7 runs every 2 hours between Arrecife, Haría and Máguez; Bus 26 continues to Yé; Bus 9 goes to Órzola ferry pier. A car is essential for exploring beyond the main bus route.
Weather
Spring (March-May) is green and pleasant; late summer turns fields yellow and hot. Winters are mild but windy. The Atlantic breeze makes cycling challenging.
