Overview
Garni is a historic village in Kotayk Province, best known for its Hellenistic temple perched above the Azat River gorge. The area combines ancient architecture — including Garni Temple, medieval churches, and 12th-century khachkars — with natural beauty: basalt column cliffs called the Symphony of Stones, waterfalls, and mountain trails.
