Overview
Drammen is a city in Viken (formerly Buskerud county), 40 km southwest of Oslo, where the Drammen River meets the Drammensfjord. Once known as a grim industrial town dubbed 'the biggest road intersection in Norway,' the city has reinvented itself with cleaned-up industry and traffic rerouted to highways.
