Overview
Doolin is a minuscule community of about 300 people on County Clare's west coast, yet it punches above its weight as Ireland's premier coastal adventure base. The star attraction is the Cliffs of Moher, 7 km south, but Doolin also serves as the main ferry point for the Aran Islands and sits at the gateway to The Burren's lunar limestone landscapes.
