Transport
City buses from Zhanjiang (8 yuan) run every 20 minutes to Donghai Island Bus Station, Dongjian Bus Station, and Dongnan Harbor. Express buses also connect from Zhanjiang and Leizhou.
Weather
Tropical monsoon climate with temperatures 22-25°C year-round. Best visited in winter and spring. Typhoon season is May-September. Sea breezes keep weather comfortable.
