Overview
Çorum is an Anatolian city of 270,000 people in the Central Karadeniz region, useful as a break on long bus journeys between Ankara and the Black Sea coast. The city has little grand architecture—most was rebuilt after earthquakes along the North Anatolian Fault—but its museum displays artifacts from several regional civilizations with English signage.
