Overview
Corregidor Island is a historic WWII destination at the entrance of Manila Bay, approximately 48 km west of Manila. Known as 'The Rock' due to its rocky landscape and massive fortifications of Fort Mills, the island served as the nerve center of Philippine and American military defenses.
