Overview
Cerro Cora National Park is Paraguay's largest protected natural area at over 5,500 hectares, offering forested hills and diverse wildlife. The park holds exceptional historical significance as the site of the last battle of the Paraguayan War on March 1, 1870, where President and Marshall Francisco Solano López fell.
