Beach
Beach access is free; umbrella and chair rentals cost €8-15 depending on location. Prices decrease the further you walk from the center.
Connectivity
Wi-Fi is available at most hotels and some cafes. Italian mobile operators (TIM, Vodafone, Wind) provide good coverage for SIM cards.
Language
Italian is the official language. In tourist areas, some English is spoken, but learning basic Italian phrases is appreciated.
Money
Italy uses the Euro (€). ATMs are available in town. Most restaurants and hotels accept major credit cards, but smaller establishments may be cash-only.

Transport
Cefalù is a 10-minute drive from the A20 highway exit. Trains connect to Palermo (1 hour) and Messina (2 hours). Town is fully walkable; rent a car for mountain excursions.
