Overview
Caledon is a small spa town of 13,000 people (2011) tucked into the Overberg region, best known for its mineral-rich hot springs and a Victorian bathhouse built in 1797. The surrounding countryside rolls with grain fields and yellow canola in spring, offering a slower, rural counterpoint to coastal Hermanus 45 km south.
