Overview
Bailieborough is a quiet commuter town of 3000 residents in east County Cavan, 55 km northwest of Dublin via the M3/N3. It's primarily a dormitory community for Dublin workers rather than a destination in its own right, but it serves as a useful base for exploring the drumlin countryside of north Cavan.
