Overview
Bagni San Filippo is a tiny spa village nestled in the Val d'Orcia hills where thermal waters emerge at around 50°C, depositing brilliant white calcium carbonate formations along the creek. The main draw is bathing in the natural hot pools — completely free — set amid cypress-lined countryside.
