Overview
Abusir offers a quieter alternative to the crowded Giza plateau, with 14 pyramids and associated funerary temples from Egypt's 5th Dynasty. The site sees far fewer visitors, making it ideal for exploration without the tourist hustle common at Egypt's more famous sites.
