Overview
Aberfeldy is a small Highland resort town of 1940 residents set on the banks of the River Tay in Perth and Kinross. It grew in the 19th century as a retreat from city life, and retains its relaxed atmosphere without the crowds of busier Scottish tourist spots.

Stagecoach Bus 23 runs every two hours from Perth (90 min), with limited Sunday service. Local buses to Kenmore run twice on weekdays.

Highland weather can change rapidly. Summer (June-August) is warmest but also busiest. Mountain activities require appropriate gear year-round.
